2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate at the time of publishing.
Because our jewellery is handmade and features natural gemstones, small variations in colour, pattern, or size may occur — these are part of the stone’s unique character, not faults.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept payment by major credit/debit cards and other secure methods offered at checkout.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

4. Ordering & Contract

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it.
A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.
If an item is out of stock or there’s an error in pricing or description, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail [Signed For/Tracked], unless otherwise selected, they are sent via DHL.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs checks.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time.
We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

8. Custom or Personalised Items

Resized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty, as they cannot be resold.

9. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

10. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
