Discovered in ancient Roman archaeological sites in Nimruz, Afghanistan, which is one of the regions of the historic Silk Road trade route. The glass in this aqua-hued jewellery began life as a material commonly crafted for both household goods and in industry.  These ancient glass pieces are commonly referred to as "Roman Glass", and the material for our jewellery is derived from ancient vessels such as cups, vases, and perfume containers that have sustained the travails of time.
