At Two Skies, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. Every gemstone is unique and hand-finished, so if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Online Purchases (Website & Distance Sales)

You have the right to cancel your online order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
Please contact us at hello@twoskies.scot before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

Returns Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Returns should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.

  • Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of posting).

  • We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been processed.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings,

  • Custom-made jewellery,

  • Items that have been altered or resized after purchase, unless they are found to be faulty.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in our Edinburgh shop, your statutory rights apply.

​

If an item is found to be faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a:

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase, or

  • Repair or replacement if the issue arises after 30 days (up to 6 months).

  • We will retain any item returned for a refund or exchange.

Please return the item with your proof of purchase so we can assess it.

For non-faulty items, we do not offer refunds, but we may offer an exchange or credit note at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

PLEASE NOTE:  Overseas/Worldwide customers are advised that, per our standard Returns Policy, a customs declaration MUST be included on the return pack and the item marked as "Returned Goods".  Without this, Two Skies may be liable for UK Import Duty on the item.  If this is omitted by the customer and Duty is payable by Two Skies Ltd, this amount may be deducted from any refund.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
