We currently ship 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after midday on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. In the event of a public holiday, shipping days will change.
UK ORDERS - STANDARD SHIPPING
Within the UK, we usually ship using Royal Mail 1st Class services as standard. You can therefore usually expect to receive your order around 2-4 working days. A Signed For option is also available. We also offer Express Next Day services, but the cut off time for these is 10.00am and we can't offer this service for weekend deliveries.
REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS - STANDARD SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail services, and you can expect to receive your order 5-20 working days after payment, depending on the destination country. Typically orders to the US arrive 10 days to 2 weeks after placing the order, and orders to Europe 5 to 10 days. A tracked service upgrade is available at checkout which can offer peace of mind. We can also offer expedited DHL Worldwide Express services which can take 3-5 days depending on your home country.

Sadly, no - being a very small independent business, due to time constraints and demand for our wholesale items Two Skies is unable to take the time to consider carrying out any kind of custom work.
We understand that choosing a new piece of jewellery is hard enough, without being able to inspect it in person. What if the ring doesn't fit, or the pendant doesn't quite match the earrings you got elsewhere?
This is one of the reasons we operate a 'no fuss' returns policy for unworn jewellery.* Let us know within 14 days if your order is not quite for you, and we'll arrange a return and replacement or refund.
* This does not include breakage or loss due to neglect/improper wear or handling , not supplying an accurate shipping address or any other willful neglect of reasonable duty of care. Please let us know immediately should your order arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete, as this is covered under a separate returns policy.
