OUR FREE SHIPPING

Our free worldwide shipping includes free standard shipping to all international customers (usually 5-20 working days depending which world zone applies to your country) and Royal Mail delivery within the UK (2-5 working days). Orders are processed twice a week currently, with the exception of Express orders which are processed daily Monday to Friday.  If you would like a shipping upgrade, including 1st Class Signed For delivery in the UK or an international tracked service, these are available at the checkout process.  Please note buyers are responsible for any duties or VAT to be paid (see below for more information).

RETURNS POLICY

'Changed Mind' returns are accepted up to 14 Days after receipt.  Please email us in the first instance to alert us that you wish to return your item(s).  No reason is needed unless you wish to provide us with feedback.  However, if your item has arrived broken or you have received the wrong item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, as we have procedures outside of our standard returns policy in place to help protect your purchase.

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent out and re-packaged carefully in order to arrive back to us in good condition.   Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed.

PLEASE NOTE:  Overseas/Worldwide customers are advised that, per our standard Returns Policy, a customs declaration MUST be included on the return pack and the item marked as "Returned Goods".  Without this, Two Skies may be liable for UK Import Duty on the item.  If this is omitted by the customer and Duty is payable by Two Skies Ltd, this amount may be deducted from any refund.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK TO EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD

Please be aware that any additional charges (customs duties or VAT disbursement) for customs clearance must be borne by you, and may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Customs forms for non-UK shipments must show the value of items included in the delivery. We are obligated to provide such information to customs in order to both simplify the process for our customers (so there are no delays in processing) and to fulfil our legal obligations. Customs can open, check and control packages; and we have no influence over this happening.

If the order is a gift going directly to the gift recipient, the package will be marked "Gift". The price of the items must still be shown in the customs form. We are unable to describe or alter the content of the form in any other way.
