FREE BASIC UNTRACKED WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Our free worldwide shipping includes free standard shipping to all international customers (5-20 working days depending which world zone applies to your country) and Royal Mail delivery within the UK (2-5 working days). Please take into account any public holidays, extreme weather conditions or industrial action which affect courier services nationwide, as these will affect dispatch and/or delivery times. We are situated in a rural location and our mail is collected mid-morning, any orders received after 11am will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. During November, December and other periods of high demand we ship daily.
NEXT DAY SERVICE (UK ONLY)
Orders received after 11.00am are sent the next available working day (Monday to Friday only). We use 'Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm'. When choosing this service, please take into account any public holidays, extreme weather conditions or industrial action which affect courier services nationwide, as these will affect dispatch and/or delivery times.
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SERVICES*
Primarily we will use FedEx for the USA and Canada, which can take 4-7 working days depending on your final destination. We may have to use another service but you will always be updated with tracking information with your confirmation of shipping email. When choosing this service, please take into account any public holidays, extreme weather conditions or industrial action which affect courier services internationally, as these will affect both dispatch and delivery times. *We are based in the British Isles. If you wish express shipping for an international country other than the US or Canada, please get in touch and we will provide you with our best quote (we never make money on shipping, and charge only what we are charged).
WORLDWIDE ORDERS
Buyers are responsible for any tax duties or VAT to be paid. Since 2020, this sadly now includes our fellow European customers!
GENERAL INFORMATION
During November, December and other periods of high demand we ship daily. Standard Royal Mail delivery orders are processed three times a week currently (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). If you would like a shipping upgrade, including express or signed for delivery in the UK or a worldwide tracked service, these are available at the checkout process.
