Orders are still very much welcome and gratefully appreciated via our website and Etsy shops.  We are processing orders and queries as soon as we are able to, and although we do understand that a delay in our usual very high standard of service is not ideal, we hope you understand why.    With all of our workers being furloughed on rota, we are currently operating a skeleton staff for processing orders."

Since last March, we slightly extended our lead times and are posting out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

As you may know, here in Scotland we are in full lockdown, and in order to balance both staff safety and trying to keep Two Skies alive, our two online retail staff members are working staggered days/hours.

Please be assured we are processing orders as normal, but it might take a little longer to respond to your messages. We take customer care very seriously and will get back to you as soon as possible.

From all of us - please stay safe, the world needs you!  Follow the current safety advice and measures given by your local authority for you and your family's well-being.    If you are able to, now is a great time to enjoy the little things - read those books you've been stockpiling, put the shelf up, binge watch Game of Thrones or Parks & Recreation, or learn a little bit of a new language.
