Information about the 2019-2020 Festive Period - referred to after here as 'Festive orders' for ease of reading.
Please read carefully to find the information pertinent to your destination country.
Orders must be received by 12 noon to be posted the same day, otherwise they will be posted next working day. We work Monday to Friday.
**SCOTLAND, ENGLAND, WALES & NORTHERN IRELAND**
If you are in the UK, the last recommended posting date issued by Royal Mail is Friday 20th December. This is for our FREE standard shipping, which is Royal Mail First Class. Please note that multiple orders to the same address, or high value orders are likely to be sent as Signed For, so please be aware that someone will need to be at home or you may need to collect your order from your local post office. We are happy to send to work addresses. We can operate a Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day service up until midday on Monday 23rd December, at additional cost at checkout (this must be selected and paid for at the time of making the order). All orders must be placed by 12 noon in order to be shipped the same day.

***ADDITIONAL FESTIVE INFORMATION***
WHAT IF MY FESTIVE GIFT IS TOO LATE?
We guarantee we will post them by the recommended dates, but once posted they are in the hands of the delivery company and we can no longer make any changes. We will therefore happily accept returns for any items purchased as gifts which arrive too late. This does not affect your normal consumer rights.
WHAT IF I GOT MY FESTIVE GIFT TOTALLY WRONG AND THE RECIPIENT DOESN'T LIKE IT OR CAN'T USE IT?
From mid-November onward we will be offering an extended returns period, provided the items are unworn and unused - we are happy to accept exchanges/returns for gifts purchased from this period onward, as long as you inform us before the end of the festive period (3rd January 2020) by emailing us to let us know that you need to do this.
TWO SKIES OFFICE CLOSURE
We will be here to assist you right up until 4pm on Tuesday 24th December 2019. Our office is closed over the festive period (because we have an amazing boss who heartily advocates stepping away from screens and enjoying non-virtual life - cheers Adam!) and we will re-open on Friday 3rd January 2020. Messages will not be monitored and all queries will be dealt with immediately upon our return. Orders will not be processed until our return on the 3rd.
